Inspired as I was by the abundance of groovy and excessively large sig graphics abounding on this BBS, I decided it was time I made my own. But what could I put on a sig that captured the essence of "me"? I tossed and turned, took long walks on the beach watching the tide roll in, then it hit me. I managed to boil it down to three possibilites:

This is me celebrating my latest kill.

This is me sitting in the seat of the weakest, shoddiest aircraft of the game. Only real men dare fly these!
So, whaddya think? Which one is it?
Edit: Removed the offensive third choice (upon reflection).

Well, that's pretty funny....but pretty lame at the same time. Why don't you just come out and say what you want to say ;)
-
That's no help, Raub. ;)
-
Well ok then, I like the first one. Looks like a really white guy doing his impression of a 70's black dude giving the "Fight the Power!" salute.
-
Seriously though, I don't intend to impugn the memory of anyone or anything like that, just having fun.
-
Hehe, no offense taken here m8. I think you've mistaken me for someone far more serious about that stuff :) I meant that you should just tell your target audience that you think they expend too much energy on psuedo personas ;)
-
Ah, good, was afraid it would be taken wrong- at least by the wrong people. Don't worry, working up some Allied stuff next. ;)
-
I want to see the offensive third choice. I refuse to participate until I do. After all, if they were allied planes you were pictured in, we'd surely get all of the options!

It was something like this, but not as good. (Dont be jealous of my l33t art sKilLz Kieran ;))

LOL!
Alright, here it comes, but you asked for it...

I think Raub captured the essence of it, and I think I prefer his version! :D

Given the prequalifier that big sigs have to be completely gay or at least really sad, I vote for number two. You'll have to be sure to add some sort of explanation why you are in a FW with that particular paint job, a full spec list of your computer, and perhaps a link to a web page about your car.
You will then have the ultimate sig! :)

-edit- PS...I do think you should save the last one for those times after participating in yet another LuftWaffle thread where you're just fed up with the whining and complete lack of logic and can't find the strength to argue anymore. You can just post that pic as a graceful exit.

DEFINATELY #3.
Pehaps a quote. "F*ck you...If my plane wasn't undermodeled I wouldn't be standing here right now!"
-
Ah, hmmmm....
What's the deal with the muscle shirts? Trying to intimidate the allies with your massively huge ;) biceps? Or are you just trying to blind 'em as the sun reflects off your pale white skin?
:)

Technical answer: I needed some contrast. That white flesh stood right out, didn't it? I went for that Wobble "hot, sweaty shirtless" thing. :D That, and the wife snapped all three pix at once- no time for change and makeup.

What you need is a pickup in the background and your 2/3 Mustang. Oh and don't forget the guns.

A better caption- "Where are the wing racks?" :D

I shouldn't forget my other passion, though this one needs some work yet... ;)
-
Girl Scouts are your other passion?
-
I was kicked out of Boyscouts for eating Brownies!
Dang, it took forever to set up that line, thanks DJV! :D
-
lol Kieran. :D
