Title: Optest 3 is now available

Bug fixes.

1. CTD with b24
2. Water animation now works.
3. With op off, ground didn't shade correctly with dusk and dawn.
4. Cloud flickering.

Known Issues still outstanding.

Transition tile flickering.
Filled gunner display in hangar.

When I try to run AhOptest.exe, it tells me

 "Aces High is not being run out of its original installation folder. This is normally caused by an incorrect drag from the start menu."

I tried to reinstall Aces High to no avail. Any suggestions?

Make sure it's unzipped to the main AH folder, alot of zip progs like to create a folder underneath it.
