Title: ?HT video settings bug

Noticed today and other times, even before Optest. vid mem usage #s and syetem meme texture #s  are way low sometimes.

in video setup where u chose Res, and texture. the check boxes for preloading vid mem, system mem, and skin, ive found that preload skin sometimes unchcks its self somehow.


when i 1st select it and load AH, useage is 220s vid mem and system mem textures. but  sometime later in a AH load up, the
#s will drop into 70s meg for both. so the preload skins is not staying turned on.

Yep.  I've noticed the same thing.
