I would like to model Red Bull Air Race track but I dont have any good scheme from the track (pylon distance etc).

Could you help me and find some information about Budapest track setup?

Not from Kurfurst but...:)

Go to Red Bull Air Race (http://www.redbullairrace.com/) , select Race Calendar --> Budapest, select Cources, Click to enlarge and there U are.
