Title: Cannot play AH

I have a problem when I double click on the AH icon the screen turns black then white then black again and it says that AH has encountered an error and it must close.Can someone please tell me what the problem is and if its the screen resolution how do I fix it?

it would help if you posted yur system specs here:like ram, processor speed , video card .....
and do you have any other programs running in the back round?

I dont know what I have,lol im a newb in computers how do ifind out all this information?

Go to your Start menu, click on Run, then type dxdiag in the box and hit enter.  When the Direct X diagnostic program starts, go to the last tab that says More Help, and click on the button that says Save All Information.  Save the .txt file on your desktop, or somewhere easy to find it, and then close the Direct X utility.  Open the text file you just saved on your desktop, and do a copy/paste into an email and send it to Skuzzy at this email address
