That toejam happens...

I was taxiing a Saab340B in ORD one night and lost all hydraulics. As we pulled into the hanger ramp area, we had just enough fluid to stop.

Unfortunatley, when we brought the props to feather, it lurched the plane forward as the final drops of hydraulics went on the ramp.

We went headlong into a steel blast fence, and they don't give like terminal glass. Ouch.
(Turns out a brake line fitting snapped on the brakes.)
