Title: spawn points for CV's

It might be cool to be able to spawn a cv to  3 or 4 different spots, only when it is downed and ready to respawn. Maybe not spawns that give a tactical advantage like right by a enemy base, but maybe a few hunderd miles closer..  

Be able to put it in a different spot for surprize attacks in other areas instead of the exact same spot ( ahem... it does spawn in the same spot right  :p ?) .   I realize next to a port is where it would be naturally, but not having to boat all the way across the sea may add some extra excitement.
