whaddup guys,

I was able to put in a few hours today on the site and things are coming along nicely. The news & events section is functional as well as the pilot signup. We are not accepting signups now, but soon I hope. You can also see how the standings will be displayed.

Hmm... got a screen saying the site was "optimized" for IE5. It suggests I "upgrade" my browser (netscape). Otherwise - no joy.

On the upside - the page *does* provide you with a handy link to an IE5 download site.

But seriously, I will code a "dummied down" version later, but for now it's infinitely easier to not have to worry about compatibility issues.
