Post by: DVDA on September 01, 2005, 05:17:04 PM
Do you get damaged flying through fire? I mean i was flying past an enemy field that was burning (the hangers, ord, troops etc) and i flew though the flames and my engine stopped, is that possible or did i maybe clip the hanger with my prop?

The taller structures, even when destroyed (visually), are still there. I occasionally fly through the radar tower, and normally beat the EMTs to the crash site after doing so.

Erich Hartmann regularly flew through the debris of his "victims".

Yes, it happens once in a while.  I have not seen any patern to it.
