On July 2, 2000, it will have been exactly 100 years from the start of the first Zeppelin airship in Friedrichshafen.
The Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen celebrates this centenary with an exhibition of the man who realized his vision of the construction of steerable airships and whose airships bear his name: Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin.

If you are anywhere near Friedrichshafen and would like to see the new Zepellin then mail me for a possible contact. I used to work on airships and know the guy who did the test flying of the new ship.
