Looks like the courts MAY BE are coming around to giving actual justice again........

Yep, the lawyers are going to finaly get a new field opened up so they can rip people off in law suits that will be filed on the basis of this.  These cases more than likely will go on for years and years and most will probably be appealed to the max thus securing job security for the suits. Justice is served. :)
  My first wife alone could keep an entire law firm in business for years.

OTOH,

This is a victory for fathers everywhere who are victoms of paternity fraud.  Several months back it was determined by the courts that financial support was granted for the "best intrest of the child" and not the person providing it reguardless of paternity.
