I hope this isnt a repost....
Jeff gave me a link to this film a while back. I watched it and liked it but never realized what a work of art it really is.
Right click save target as.....
Enjoy....Come With Me (http://www.furballunderground.com/Dave/Comewithme.zip)

yeah, that film is the ****. RC Kedik is a genious. I wish AH had the film making capacity that IL2 has.
Its just one of those films where every single frame fits perfectly. Take alot of time and effort to make it look as good as this.
-
By the way Jeff..... I am assuming that it was ok to load this into "My" space.
Hope thats ok Bud. Obviously just delete it if its not ;)

Aint no thang.

Here is another beauty from Warbirds. It's right up there with "Come With Me" in terms of the music fitting the action, although the graphics aren't as good. A real tear jerker it is, and the sound track is perfect: Return From Schweinfurt.

Dammit Pete , this better be a good one.
RTR

That first film was absolutely amazing!!! What game was that? IL2?? Whatever it is, if it had an online version I would have to go try it out. The graphics and detail are amazing.:aok
Give me some clouds like that to fly through! woohoo!! Thanks for sharing. :aok

hehe you have a good computer? Thats pf:cool:

ROTORNOODLE!!
I have been hiding out in a Warbirds squadron (The Menacing Ferrets) for more than two years now. Kavik has too, although the two of us still play a lot in Aces High and we never cancelled our AH subscriptions. We are playing for the Rooks now, and we have a tiny squad to romp with. From now until December, we might be known as "Santa's Little Helpers". Otherwise, we are the "Chixie Dicks".
We must fly at different times, old friend, because I haven't felt the kick in the arse from your hog in a long time.
-
Come With Me kicks arse. Thanks for sharing that film.
-
I like the detail on the damaged wings... struts sticking out broken off.. etc...
-
Fken Zepplin sold out. Bonham is twisting in his grave.
IL2 Grapics are awesom, too bad performance sux! I could never get that game to run worth a dam and fighting AI just plain sux.
Great movie tho.

Nice film but there are several far better IMO.
Requiem (http://www.nr.no/~pab/il2.html) is THE best sim movie still IMO, nothing beats it although some come close. It's the only really emotional movie, I just sat quiet the first times I saw it feeling blue...
Another good movie isAnother Day (http://www.nr.no/~pab/il2.html), very very nice.
Another good one is Bellum (http://www.netwings.org/library/Forgotten_Battles/Videos/index-3.html). You'll find it on that page, think the P38 jocks will like it a little extra much!
Requiem and Another Day are posted at the same address. There are plenty of nice movies on that site and all are worth downloading.

PF runs like glass on my rig, and they have online arenas but they only support 128 players. I have issues with the gunnery and FMs, the view system bites, and of course no MMOL support but other than that IL2/FB/AEP/PF is fun. Better get used to complex engine management though, thinks like radiator flaps and mixture settings in addition to pitch/MAN/RPM. All online servers these days seem to have full realism turned on.

Wow..... I really love requiem:eek:
-
Yeah me too SKyChimp, spent hours watching it.
-
I like those "historical" looking/sounding movies. but the music just isnt my thing.
Im more of a DIE DIE DIE!!! (http://www.furballunderground.com/die.wmv) kinda guy.
Ok well maybe not completely DIE DIE DIE. But a litle
-
Great visuals. I never got into IL-2 / Forgotten Battles, but always loved the graphics. Thanks for the link
Shame a bout the gutteral screeching set to the greatest Zeppelin tune of all time. :huh

I don't get the "die" part. In fact the only death was one buff which took a fatal hit from ack since he was way too low. Seriously, the only PWNage I saw was some hangars, field guns, and barracks; I'm sure their ego was bruised from such an onslaught.
-
I have seen all those films Wilbus and I still think "Come With Me" is the best one. Thx for the posts though!
I was upset about the Zeppelin thing at first but as I watched the film a few more times the song really grew on me. Not so much for the song itself but for just how incredably well it fit the film.
As far as IL2/FB/AEP/PF its a great combat sim. It always has been. It has its issues but then again so does AH. I am on Hyperlobby almost everynight and I usually fly on this server....
WarClouds (http://www.war-clouds.com/)
I fly as Nomak on Hyperlobby so if anyone is interested give me a shout over there.
Jeff you should get Il2 just so you can work your wonders on that film viewer...... I have no doubt you could produce a film of the same quality as "Come With Me" ........ Just a thought
;)

Please keep it up another couple of days. My brother (a pilot) wants to download the film when he returns.
Much appreciated, Morph.

yes..
yes!
YES! :D
Awesome films wilbuz, you read my mind.
Requiem is the far and away the best sim film i have ever seen, it really does make you want to get a 190 and kill some soviets as revenge.
another really good one for Spitfire lovers is the one dedicated to R J Mitchell (http://screenshotart.com/YaBBImages/Gallery/movies/Mitchell.zip) - i also think those who alway cry out how much they hate spitfires should watch this film, it may make them think again about 1 man's vision they so despise.
-
Hey!
I tried to get to film and got a "page cannot be displayed". Tried going to the actual home with no problem, just seems I have no access to the files.
-
The zip file in the second link contains a CRC error and cannot be unzipped properly.
-
No it doesnt.
