great set up when it's done this friday i will miss it. i think this is the best plane match up in a while. if we revisit this idea again in the future perhaps you should consider making the jet and the rocket available from front line bases as well. the tempests absolutely owned the plane set but are challenging as much as they are frustrating. the spit is more annoying than it is a threat except in the hands of a rare few.
great job sabre
could we see the vvs side of this set up explored better? it seems that the russians were by and largely eschewed by both sides. we (jg54) attempted a few sorties while in the A20/La7 but few wanted to play that.
perhaps we can try the following some time soon
VVS
C-47
Boston III
A-20
La-5
La-7
Yak-9U
Yak-9T
T-34
M-s
LW
C-47
Ju-88
Bf-109 G-2
Bf-109G-6
Bf-109G-10
Bf-110G-2
FW-190 A5
FW-190 A8
FW-190 D-9
Panzer
Ostie
M3
I think it would be mostly LaLa land on the VVS side but it hasn't been tried before. perhaps keeping the La-7s and the G-10/D-9 a full sector plus back would encourage the use of the other rides.

Spit only annoying? Seemed a bit more fatal than annoying when we met, unless I am being counted as one of the pilots to watchout for in which case thanks for the compliment.

very nicely flown engagement but don't get hurt while patting yourself on the back. :D

Glad people have enjoyed it. Yes, I think we'll have to try it with a VVS-centric set up next time.
