Title: Up this Friday....
Post by: Mister Fork on September 15, 2005, 09:56:25 AM
We have an opening this Friday for a setup. Soooooooo, I'd like a regular of the CT to suggest a setup.  What we'll then do is to take the suggestion, modify it to CT norms (balancing) then post it on behalf of that CT member.

Couple of suggestions:
a) Try to use maps that are smaller in size
b) Keep the aircraft sides balanced in numbers and strength
c) Using a mid-war/early-war setup is ideal
d) Keep it historical, keep it real
e) Fuel, DAR, and downtimes are settable, however, there are CT standard values for these items.

The choosen setup will be announced later today! Please have your setup posted here NLT 4pm EST.

That would seem to go along with people suggesting a more VVS-oriented allied team.

err didnt LW dumped the 109F-4 in 1942-43? 109s then were dominated by 109G-2s and G-6s

Yes, but LuftWobbles are much more likely to stay and fight if they have the 109F-4. :)

LW planes stayed in combat longer on the Eastern front. They were needed more. So they didn't just stop using them. Emils served through '42, for example. It's very likely F-4s were still around.
