I don't know who your moderators are, but I don't enjoy them egging me on through those little pop-up boxes. First of all, he muted me for asking him on a date, which involved no profanity, just humor. Then, he muted me for pointing out the fact he had to reason to mute me on CH200. Finally, after that, he asked me about an hour later "Do you still want a date", and just keep antagonizing me from there.
I don't really appreciate it, take the powers away from dlamb please.

As you will probably be told. You should Email complaints about the in game mods to HTC and not post them IN the forums.
By posting them in the forums the only thing you will accomplish is
IN getting the thread locked;)

He was told that last night in the arena by just about everyone. But as we all know, Lazer just loves to see his name up in lights.

Lazer, since you feel you must make this public let me spell it out for you.
It is much easy for all involved to handle this via email, but hey you want to have egg on your face publicly, I'll play along just this once to point out why we want this via email. It is not because we have anything to hide, but wrather it puts you in a position of loosing face.
I went and looked at past logs on you.
You have been repeated warned by not just 1 monitor but multiples.
On the last instance you were once againged warned but wrather than just responding "sorry ill clean it up" you choose to be antaganistic.
The monitor's first 2 warnings to you.
"hahahaha. Funny. Now clean it up."
Followed by.
"No, but I can take you out of comm. Drop it."
You didn't listen to the warnings, and hence got muted.
I have seen the same type of behavior from you against many other monitors.
The vast majority of AH players never get warned or muted. You have been warned and muted by multiple monitors,you continue to push the topic at moderators, and then seem suprised at the result?
So here is my warning.
Clean up your behavior while online, or I will clean it up for you.
It is your choice on how you wish to take this warning.

Hitech, I didn't say anything worth getting muted in the first place.
If you have these logs, I would like to see what I said that was worthy of getting muted.
You need to check your logs again, and see the comments that were made to me, more than an hour after I got muted for NOTHING.
If I was saying something wrong, and not appropriate for the arena, I would have gladly cleaned it up had the moderator asked me, but that simply wasn't the case.
FYI.. sending things VIA email doesn't solve anything, knowing the last one I send wasn't even replied to.
I don't care about "Face", this guy was wrong.
Then, I get muted for commenting on getting muted, without any insults, profanity, or anything involved?

I made a comment to another player like , or a compliment or something, and the moderator comments to me then too.
Thats uncalled for, and I don't appeciate pop-ups in the middle of my sorties.

Jaxxo and deadalot aside, you've made the point that whatever rules are being applied are not being done fairly. I've only been squelched twice in all these years but both without warnings of any kind. Once was probably justified (I was bypassing the language filter, something i never see anyone get away with -oldrolleyes-), the other was definitely not justified IMO. I thought the policy was to provide a warning before a squelch or to at least apply the rules evenly.

To venture a guess.. just because the mods names are not publically known does not mean that there is not a degree of accountability. If HT can monitor the chat buffer via records I'm sure he has a way of knowing who says what.

Why don't you post some of the other things he said to me. After I had said nothing on 200, thats the point im trying to make. I don't need some child with powers sending me little boxes for no reason, and if your going to allow it, pls make it so we can read the nonsense in the text buffer, and not in my gunsight.

lol.. We don't even know who the mods are, but yes, they are going to be truly shamed after this thread. I never attacked a mod, sorry not worth the time of day, but when they start interrupting my playtime, then I will comment on it.

Lazer, had you said that to me after a warning. You not only would have been muted, you would have been ejected.
You might think it is just a simple funny comment, well it is much more than that. You are snubbing your nose at our moderators. When you got warned you didn't take the warning, instead you attack the moderator by way of billitling humor.
Quite simply you are still being very antagonistic in this thread, just as you were to the moderator, you might not see it that way, and realy isn't my job to convinse you. Im just stating the facts to you. If you persist with the same behavior, you will not be here.
Is that stated cleary enough ?
It is completly your choice to play by our rules. But if you decide that you do not wish to play by our rules, you will no longer be playing.
And a very friendly word of advice. The first thing you do when y ou find yourself in a hole, is to stop digging.

LOL kids no one knows when a moderator on. that is for couple of reasons. So to say moderators let some go is too funny.

Did I deserve to ? LOL yes almost every time.
But like you I make the choice to pay to play and if the game ever go to much for me I simply would stop paying and move on to another game.
Wich I have twice but I came back because I missed my squad mates and the game.
Now that the game is looking really good and the FPS are great again it would be a shame for you to be ejected from the game.
After all in the global scope of things it's just a game.

I got warned today. I was out of line and I knew it.
So what if they warn you... So what if they mute you? Chances are you deserved it.

While I agree with certain things said about the mods, HT doesn't care.
I was warned once and muted for saying F4U-C which the word filter thinks is a bad word?
It ain't gonna change so just live with it. I have turned 200 off for days and actually found the game fun. YMMV.

i was muted thank you..i was typing fast so i never saw the warning though..by and large i have no complaints with mods..it does suck to see someone say the exact thing i got muted for 2 seconds later and continue to taunt though..no biggy

Lol I got modded for sarcastically calling someone a cheater once. Then I got modded tonight for calling people salamanders, it was out of line, then I requested to know what I had said wrong because I got modded a good few minutes afterwards and it was nice enough to tell me not to call people salamanders or it would mute me. Nice person really.

A positive attitude gains you a lot of lee way in the game, as far as moderators go. If you're going to talk a lot of pointless crap on 200, do so in a positive manner, so your account doesn't get locked w/o warning like Jaxxo's.
Being a habitual PITA is one thing; being fairly quiet and slipping through the cracks is entirely another. I, for one, opt for plan B.

Since i did read nirvanas post i got a whole new aspect to this.
Moderators have to read, comprehend or be called in with the report function.
So sometimes when you get muted you might get muted 2,3 or 5 minutes after you say something offensive.
Some guys get angry fast, then say some mean stuff and nearly forget about that minutes later. I dont know the specific cases, but it might verry well be that you get muted some time after your offensive behavior and then think hey, i didnt say anything bad, because you already forgot about it.

Nope, the mod is always right, even if he is 100% wrong.
Sometimes the players deserve an apology especially when the moderator has PMS.
I guess commercials bring in enough new blood so that the established players can "hit the road jack," if they dont like the way the rules are applied.
And by no means are they suppossed to admit being wrong
that would be to human for self proclaimed gods.
But hey I guess im just biased towards the mods.... ;)

Yeah, took a little time off from game, and realized its not worth crying over. Your right HTC, they are your rules, and I better play by them if I want to stay around, but this doesn't mean I agree with your moderators in any means.
They are biased, I didn't even get warned for profanity HT, it was for flirting with a mod, which I didn't know was against the rules.
Anyways, I don't care anymore, im here to have fun, and Im not having it while im bickering in the BBS. :aok

We'll Tommy ( X2Lee, if you wasn't such a killer and was not dropping ( read blasting out of the sky ) , then you wouldn't of had to say "WAAAAA" when they all was whining and the so called "Moderator" decided he would mute you out of spite for you handing him and his flying buddys or squadies their arses even when they was trying to 3 on 1, 4 on 1, or even 5 or 6 on 1, and you slapped em down like flys........
you know whay you was treated that way, and yes you desrved an out right apology from the palyer that did it if not from the player's ( moderators ) Boss.....
The players are the ones here keeping the game afloat, if the moderators do not form some type of guidelines to treat everyone flying in the same manner, more and more will leave, not because of the community. They will leave because the moderators or players in cognito with privs abuse the crap out of them at times and drive people away from the game, same crap happens on the board.
IF you gonna have moderators, then they all must go by the same guide lines, and treat everyone the same, not have favoritisim and only mute/warn/eject the players that their buddies ( even though they are in cognito and no one knows who they are) whine about because they are getting their arse handed to them everytime they try to fight.............
same ole story, just different century these days.....it be same in the next decade.just be different faces or gameids............
