Title: Separate Max Texture Size Settings

Add the ability to change the texture size for the aircraft/vehicle you're operating.

I have my textures set at 128 in an attempt to improve performance and reduce frame stutters during LOD shifts.  An aircraft 2 or 3 hundred yards away looks fine at the low texture setting, but my own wing and cockpit details look horrible.  Would be nice to set the texture for my aircraft to a higher texture size while keeping everyone else at the lower size.
