What can i do to stop this out of control warping.. As of late, all i experience is warping.. this is starting to kill my AH experience. Can someone help?:furious

Last night was pretty bad for me too.  Normal pings for me are in the 40-90 range, last night  pings thru NY and Chicago Savis were in the 700-900 range. Warpin like crasy when it wasn't droppin UDP.
