This is a very good site and has a lot of info on a/c types with various units, you just have to wade through the German in parts.
http://www.ww2.dk/oob/bestand/flugbew.htm
Jadgverband is for single engined day fighters. With some cross checking on units you can get a lot of info. The site is apparently derived from Bundesarchiv data from Germany.

Np, x-ref with books and other info, it can get you a long way. I hope somebody there does a nice english to duetch translation on the tables, some of it can be figured out, but there are a few entries that im still not 100 percent on, and seem to defy the dictionaries.
If somebody wants to lend a hand to list the columns in english some time, I would appreciate it.

Istbestand Monatsletzer = Strength end of month
Datum = Date
Anzahl = Number
Muster = Type
Insgesamt = Total
Neufertigung = Newly produced
Reparatur = Repaired
von andere Verbände = From other units
Durch Feindeinw. = From enemy involvement
Ohne Feindeinw. = Without enemy involvment
Überholung = Overhaul
an andere Verbände = To other units
Anzahl = Number
