It is just a newer integrated video card.  It won't help at all as it will be a slow piece of crap to keep costs down.  If it were high end it would cost too much and motherboard manufacturers wouldn't be interested in it.

Basically it is a budget card built into the motherboard with the emphasis being on "budget card".

"Boards are all micro-ATX", actually this is pretty cool for this small of a motherboard. Stick one of these in a Flinstones lunchbox and trot off to a LAN party.. good to go.
