Not really. The PCB's our guys construct get a bath and have been boiled at 220F plus and baked at 350F. They still tick. Might be better to use deionized water b/c some of the gold contacts could flake and h20 leave deposits.

therotically it would work, though i wouldn't tyr it on ym main rig :rofl
if you used distilled, de-ionized water i dont see what could go wrong other than hooking something back up still wet.
