Just got these finished. They are very gay and perfect for Eskimo's El-Gay 7

Okay, maybe I haven't had enough beer yet, but I can't get the skins to work offline. I notice all my other skins are .TCAs, while the custom skins are .bmps. Do the skins only work at a certain texture size? Do I have to change something? WTH am I missing?

They must be in a folder labeled properly.
For a new skin, add a folder with the plane name and 1.  Or, if there already is a plane name + 1, then make a plane name + 2, etc.

For the El Gay Seven, you will most likely be in folder:

C:\Program Files\HTC\Aces High II\skins\la71

If you load another skin it will be in folder

C:\Program Files\HTC\Aces High II\skins\la72

The skins must be 256 color bitmaps.  If you make your own, 24 bit bitmaps won't work.  But any skin that you download should already be 256 color.
