Title: Software Firewall

I have a router and software firewall. Should I allow 192.168.1.1 ( the address of the router), through the software firewall to stop it logging it the whole time?

Would not hurt as that IP address is not routable over the Internet anyways, so you will not see that class coming from the Internet.
