Title: Background Program killer?

I know there was something like that, kills all inactive, non essential, background programs, kill all I think is what it was called, but can't find a link..

delete all of them mods, i got my info.

Temporarly turns stuff off, and when yr done with AH, turns it back on. Its good ****.
