Title: Background Program killer?

I know there was something like that, kills all inactive, non essential, background programs, kill all I think is what it was called, but can't find a link..

Autoruns is one. Security Task Manager is another.

Check this database (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/) to let ya know what all that stuff running in the background actually is.
