Title: Count down timer in Tower

As I jump from field to field quite a bit because the VH life expectency is short, it would be nice to have a timer to tell how long before Gvs become available again.

When I pop into a field I don't know if it will be up in a couple of minutes or if it just went down 10 seconds before I showed up.

Oh, and can you fix the Osti tracers so they can be seen? They get lost against the sky.

That would be interesting. If put in, I'd like to see the same for BH, VH, FH, ord, gas, and barracks (all the destructable things at fields)

And YES the tracers need to be fixed so that you can at least see them past 30'

What's the use of having tracers if ya can't friggin' see um:mad:
