Some crackers down here in Florida use kittens to sight fish alligators, particularly in central Florida.  They put a gator hook through the loose skin at the scruff of the neck and sling it out to the gator.  They sometimes tie the hind feet together, though this is usually not necessary.

Yes it is AKSWulfe.  A UK National Enquirer.  It was figured out on another board, but not after gnashing of teeth and euro-bashing. :cry LOL I would say the article served its purpose.
