Title: DVD-RW Remote Control Help

I bought a new iLO DVD-RW to replace my VCR.  The problem is I can't program my DishNetwork remote to operate the DVD-RW like it did my VCR. I've Googled and found nothing helpful. Does anyone know the remote code for iLO or Lite-On units?
