Title: Audio bug

This patch screwed up my vox.

The sounds in front are muted.  I have to turn my head to hear whats in front of me.

Not only that but lots have lost vox after about 20 mins online.  I haven't lost vox for ages but have lost it 4 times today and lots of others saying the same thing.  As usual with each new patch, a whole slew of new bugs.
