Title: Need Artistic Type To Make Me a Custom Avatar

Can someone artistically inclined do me a favor? I want an avatar for use on these boards. I would like the lil' guy on the back of truck windshields that pisses on things to be pissing on a sad little ugly vulcher (the bird). I would really appreciate it.
