I like to lift weights and take Ripped Fuel when I'm flying Aces High. Whenever I get shot down, I do a set of 50 pushups and do a set of 8 curls (40lbs) and a set of 50 leg pushups(?). I try not to get shot down too much. :-)

40lbs.? as in total weight for both arms, or you talking dumb bells (individual arms?)
