Title: haviung trouble starting aces high II

problem: game wont start

everytime I run aces high II, it is on a small window, and it keep popping a window where i select my resolution and my framerate and selecting the preload memory options and after i click ok

I just installed my video card:
Geforce 6600 256 mb.

have direct x9.0c

I dont know what the problem is. please help.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for the video card installed.  You can get them from http://www.nvidia.com.

Also make sure to remove the previous drivers.  If the previous video card was built into the motherboard, then you need to remove the driver for it, and disable the video chip in the system BIOS ROM of the motherboard.

i'm haveing the same problem but i have the ati.....i tried the newest drivers and got the black sections again....teied reloading the 4.12 driver now i can't get back in...........ah2 encounters a problem trying to load......reinstalled ah2 and still problems

If you have an older ATI card, you need to stick with the 4.12 Catalyst drivers.  If you did not remove the previous drivers, before installing others, you can have all kinds of problems.
