Title: Dueling Arena Terrain

DA terrain isn't available for download on website and the DA is currently closed. Anybody know where I can download the terrain?

You could have a friend host a H2H arnea and have him use the DA map.

Just download it (right click and save as), then extract into your HTC/AH2/ahiiterr folder.
