HEH, ever hear of rock-boe-well, pronounced "rockbOwell" :)
Boeing has been a major player in weapons systems for years. The AGM130 shown is a Boeing product and a very, very acurate guided bomb. that one can be steered into a window by an F15E WSO.

When they bought Mcdonnell douglas they got the F15 F18 AV8 Apache and many other's
-
As indian said, McDonnell Douglas acquistion, as well as Rockwell (Space shuttle, etc) Rocketdyne (Delta 1,2,3 and 4) and a few other companies. Unfortunately, they haven't exactly managed it very well, they just eliminated the competition, all but Lockheed. And, I might add, with Lockheed, whoever wins a given contract, the other is the major sub contractor.

or
"Weapon systems for a better tommorrow"
:D
Wab

"Extreme Weapons Delivery Systems for Extreme Fanatics" ??
-
"Devastating Weapons Engaging Extreme Badness"
Figure it out :D
-
"Bringing Peace to the Enemy for 85(ish) years"
-
i was at an airshow and they called an eagle a "Boeing F-15" I almost vomited. You shouldnt be able to call an airplane your own unless your firm designed it.

During the 50's-60's-70's..engineers were constantly laid off, rehired, switching jobs for better pay between MD and Boeing, since we're close to each other...lets just say that the engineers that did design it most likely worked for Boeing at one time or another ;)
