Title: Dar Bars

Havent had much free time lately, but the last two times Ive logged on (as rook) I have not had any dar bars showing up.  Was the HQ destroyed, or did they change something in the recent patches?

We'd have to know what times exactly you were here to know if HQ was down.
I assume it was because to my knowledge there have been 0 changes to the way radar operates concerning dot and bar dar.
