Check it out... put in your username and zip code... no email no spam... unless Skuzzy says different, it appears to be safe.

When I fill different online forms - mandatory ZIP-code is very annoying. I choose Russian Federation as a country, and still have to enter my zip-code! We have mail-indexes here (post office number in fact), but they are 6 digits, not 5, so i get an error when I try to be "honest".

Bummer... Like most Americans, I haven't a clue about other countries postal systems.

What is "Shoutout"?

Actually, never mind....I have a similar issue to Boroda.  I clicked "Not in US" and it asks for my City.  I don't live in a city.  So I put Bermuda.  Then it tells me I live in Bermuda, North Carolina.

Stupid American based thingie.:p

HA!

Well, I e-mailed them and they have added the real Bermuda to the list of requested countries they have available.  Probably...two weeks to wait.  ;)

Very cool...I could zoom right in on my house in the Sat map.

I'm in you'll see me just under the 'i' in Kingdom. That's typical. We're too small to get a mention. So they lump us in with the Brits. Just for that I'm putting myself in twice. Which is fair because I'm living between cities anyhow.

Okay...I sent an e-mail asking for them to add Bermuda as an option.  I got an e-mail saying they would.

I later noticed that there was a sat map option and wrote the e-mail below back right away (start from the bottom and work up).

I'm not sure how to respond.  Is there a smiley bashing it's head against a computer I can use?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think I'm a little confused. You say you can see your house and your friend's houses but that you don't live in a city?

On 10/20/05, mrWolf Riaz wrote:
The reason I cannot add myself is that when I try to
do so I choose the "Not in the US" button as the zip
codes in Bermuda are only 4 digits long.

I am then asked for a City.  I don't live in a city.
So I tried to type Bermuda, at which point it gives me
two options for Bermuda, one in North Carloina and the
other in California.

I also tried "Warwick", which is the parish in Bermuda
in which I live....none of those options were
relevant.

That's why I can't add myself, despite seeing Bermuda
and my home (when zoomed in) on the map.

Ok..I did respond...thusley:

---------------------------------------------------

lol

No.

I was trying to add myself as a contact in the
following frapper map:

http://www.risingconcepts.com/frapper/aceshigh

Aceshigh is an online flight sim and there are a bunch
of guys already on there.

When I try and add myself to the list I have to input
my name...which is obviously no problem.  Then the
next option is to input zip code.  My zip code in
Bermuda is PG 01.  No good.  So I hit "Not in
US"...when I type in Bermuda it trys to give me two
options, one in North Carolina and one in California.

So I emailed you guys and asked to be able to insert
the island of Bermuda as an option and so that I would
show up in the map as living there.

A few minutes later I noticed that I could get a
satellite view on the map.  I had not been able to
enter my details for me to show up on the map as one
of the Aces High crowd BUT I was still able to see the
island and could zoom in all the way to my house.

Is that clear now?

If not simply copy and paste the URL I have put in
this e-mail.  There you will see all the guys who have
already joined the map.  I want to add my name to the
list.  Bermuda is located about 800 miles off the
coast of North Caolina...in the middle of the
Atlantic.  You need to zoom the map in to even be able
to see the island.  Pretend for a moment you live
there and try and add yourself as an aceshigh player.

Let me know if it is still not clear,

----------------------------------------------------------

Is it me?  Am I not making sense?
