Congrats to them.  Since the Yanks are out, I've been going for them because I want to see Roger win at least one more before he officially retires for good.

Both have good pitching, but I think the stros have the better staff. Oswalt is probably the best pitcher of them all right now. Great to see both teams finally make it there, it's too bad one will lose, it's a great story for both teams.

Pitching wins the day, and we are going to see the two best staffs go at it in some great matchups, I think it should be a great series.

The cards may suck.  I have 30+ years of experience watching them suck.  I even knew the Astros had a far better pitching staff and had a good chance of winning.  


I still shed a couple of tears when the Astros capped it last night.  


I just cant bring myself to root for an AL team though.  Not only that, I cant bring myself to root for a Chicago team.  I've been a St Louis fan all my life.  If my team cant be there, I'll root for the guys who were good enough to beat them.  GO ASTROS!  Kick their pansy Chicago arses!
