i was in a KOTH match about 9:30 and i fix my gamma slide 1 point and THE whole screen turns white. I finaly exit game when i go back in the whole screen is white i cant even find the online button. :furious

Had that problem once. I ended up just installing the game again (didn't uninstall it) and it fixed mine. Haven't had that problem since. Not sure if there is an easy fix to it. And I have no idea what caused it. Maybe one of these computer gurus can help you out better.

I did this too once. There is a simple solution. I cant remember what it is though. Keep bumping this, I got the answer in no time. Sorry.

Simple solution: go to Program files/HTC/Aces High II/settings and delete file video8.cfg. It is possible that your file is named something else but should be videoSOMETHING.cfg
Start the game. That's it.

yea but if u uninstal the game then instal it again does me account get deleted? like perks rank ect?

Glad there was an easier fix. To your question if you uninstall and reinstall your game. NO it has no effect on your subscription, perk points or anything else. If for any reason you ever have to uninstall the game i suggest you make a copy of your setting folder. This way you don't have to setup all your views, stick and the such.

Had the same thing happen and reported it as a bug.


Delete the video.cfg file and log in is the fix...but WHY is it happening?

Yes, good advice to backup settings, terrains, skins and - if you use custom soundpacks - the sounds folders.

Saves a lot of reinstall trouble if you ever happen to reinstall AH2.

u guys dont have to post anymore because it works now but it happened again when i fixed the gamma i fixed it again buy why does this happen?
