Title: Cannot Connect

I cannot connect to the server tonight. I have not played for several days, but the last time I did, logged on no problem. When I try tonight, I get "cannot establish connection, would you like to try an alternate route" or something.

Any ideas??  Thanks

I tried the alternate routing and finally got connected but had to upgrade my modem's firmware and drivers to retainmaintain a connection!

Modem I use is a USR5686E external serial hook up.

When You can't get the hookup run the diagnostics on your modem available through settings/modem.  That might help you find the problem.

I saw a "Unable to Retrain" for loss of connection message.  Emailed USR and got the info about driver/firmware upgrade needed.

FBRaptor, im not a computer genius, but did you try to ping the new MA sever manually (from windows command line)?
