Title: Old time question
Post by: 101ABN on October 27, 2005, 05:05:23 AM
What can i do on my end to curb the crazy warping...  everytime that i get the enemy in my sights and pull the trigger, the lucky target warps all over the place..  this is only a big problem when im in a GV like a m16 or osti and im engaging planes...  I had just upgraded to a gig of ram thinking that i will get better performance... this isnt happening...  im not all that computer smart so can someone help me out.  when i log into the game i ensure that the auto updater is off, the firewall disabled, and the virus scan is disabled too...  dont know whatelse to do...

Drop me the output from the DXDIAG utility and also note your Aces High II video setup in the email and I'll be happy to check it out.

101ABN, i had a similar problem on my old Comp. Every time i pulled the trigger i got screen freezes/warps. Turned out to be sound card related. Something to do with hardware acceleration...

Dxdiag and Skuzzy usually help.
