Title: No PT boat blues

I often get no PT boat if I try to launch one.  I just end up in the water, no boat around me, with the ship sailing away.

Almost as if I had jumped overboard.

I don't lauch PTs very often, so not a real biggie, just annoying when it happens.

Not  same issue but  a squadie had a problem with spawning in a gv.  Had to reload the gaem and that solved the problem.  Worth a shot to see if this will solve yours. Good Luck!
