Please enable HTML in the forums, it is much easier to use than UBB and it allows us to modify picture size and other cool stuff UBB doesn't allow.

Having run UBBS, let me tell you there are plenty of reasons NOT to enable HTML. There are things that can be done (bad things) that are not possible with UBB Code.
As for editing picture size, that shouldn't be done with HTML anyway. You should resize graphics before you post them, as it speeds the load time considerably. As I understand it, the HTML size commands don't really change the size of the graphic, only the size it appears. That still equals a big download. You're right on the money, Kieren! A mistake you'll commonly see is where folks will "make" a thumbnail out of a full-size image by using HTML, causing folks to download the entire image, which defeats the primary purpose of the thumbnail. disable all UBB and HTML in the forums. Disable the whole dumb www interface - NNTP is the right way to go.

Fats I disagree, a long time user of ubb,
(kieren's first Black Aces board) I much prefer it to the newsgroups.
Stick with what you've got guys, it works just fine.

Ever type something, send it, then 5 minutes later wish you hadn't? Not much you can do on NNTP, but UBB allows you to edit or remove that thought. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
