Title: Transferable perk points

Just what it says, not a real gameplay issue, but would be nice to be able to transfer perk points between players.  Probably some way to abuse it, but honestly haven't thought about that.

Could be done like ".perktransfer CPID amount"

Would be nice when a squad wants to up certain planes of GVs and for some reason one of their members can't really afford it, whatever.  Or maybe to help out a newbie when flying in the MA.

Just a thought.

I would also make it available to squad members within your squad only!

only downside would be possible perk selling on e-bay ..... has happend to other games I've read.

Great idea anyway ..... doubt selling perk points would be an issue.... 262's just aren't that fun and fairly cheap.

maybe one downside would be gambleing with perks ..... but i see that as an upside.
