Title: Well..and or a petition.
Post by: Sundiver on November 11, 2005, 10:45:19 PM
I've played this game, more on than off for many years. In that time I've never complained against HTC, I enjoy the product they produce, indeed I think it is by far the best on the market. I've looked forward to ToD, I look forward to each new planeset like a kid in a toy store.

All that being said:
HTC, please. Stop all production on ToD. Stop all production on anything new, as much as I would love to see updated Russian and Japanese planesets.

Please, devote all your resources to fixing the bugs we currently have. Some have been documented for a very long time. Fix all the bugs and glitches and errors that we currently know about. Give yourselves a stable platform to move ahead from. I for one would enjoy a bug free game more than new features.

I don't know? Maybe consider this the starting of a petition, anyone who feels the same way, fill in the blank. If no one else signs on the dotted line then my apologies, just one mans perspective and venting.

Petition or no...it won't stop ToD. ToD is not an 'upgrade' to what we play now. It is an attempt to bring in a different segement of the market and, there in, allow HTC to continue in business, make more money and improve their products across the board.

As for 'bugs', perhaps if you were more specific as to the nature of the 'bugs' you are talking about...they might be corrected.

Let HTC finish the Tour of Duty engine.  They've work hard on that for 2+ YEARS.   Once its finished expect new planes from USSR and Japan.

 Apparently so.

A guy makes one request, and the next immediate reaction is a "stop whining like a girl" with a ****, gay, girl mixed here and there. If that kind of attitude ain't due to some internal, physiological problem, then I'd say it's a pretty serious attitude issue.

I'd recommend anger management classes, or lessons in common courtesy, etc... but I'm so afraid that he'll yell at me, " *** off, only girly whiners emphasize common courteous behavior", so I'd better not!

OK call me blueeyed or whatever.

What bugs you want fixed?
The problem with some bugs is that they are a lot of work to fix right away and with some planned future feature they go away easy.

Thats why some knowen issues are put on backorder.

But at the moment i cant think of any bugs that need immidiate fixing.
