Title: Have a problem, need some help
Post by: Majors on November 12, 2005, 10:41:49 AM
Hello Mates

Congrats to Hitech and the gang for such a great program.

Have downloaded the lastest version.  Have a problem trying to run it off line.

At the beginning when you have the small screens showing memory loading, etc I get to one that has "terrain complete" in the upper left hand corner.  Had "loading" with a blank line in the middle.  However, at this screen the program freezes up.  Have to reboot.

Need some help.  Online is working fine except there are only a few of the new skins.

Appreciate any assistance.

Many thanks in advance

Hi Mate

Many thanks for this info.  However, this old man is not as proficient with the PC as most of you are.

Just where would I find that file and how would I get there?

Many thanks again

Sorry to be such a pain

Start - programs - either under Accesories or another folder

Find - Windows Explorer

open - look on C drive under most likely programs - Hitech folder

find in there

or

do a find files lookup in explorer - type in video.cfg

and search

make sure it is the one in Aces High folder

and delete

For your skins question:

You need to download them. Either while logged online (automated download) or you can download the whole skin package here (http://www.hitechcreations.com/download/dlsframe.html) directly from HTC homepage.

I have found that I'm messing around in this file so much that I created a shortcut to it on my desktop.
