Title: 109 centerline drop tank and rack.. offcentered

109 all series with drop tanks the rack and the drop tank itself are not lined up with the centerline of the fuselage.

If you are wsaying that they are now offcenter then this is correct - in reality they really were a bit offecenter.

was that done to make ground handleing better due to torque or because of hi speed yaw where the pilot would have to fly pushing the rudder hard at high speed??

Dont know why, but it dates back to the first Bf109E7 use of drop tanks.
