I recently had a problem with something I ordered online from an online motorsports store. The company is legit, had to be as they were listed on the supplier's page.
Anywho, the problem was that I paid for something - and it was never shipped. A month later, and several phone calls simply inquiring for a tracking number, yielded nada. After a week of trying to get in touch with the company, and being greeted with "the mailbox for ******** is full", I gave up and filed a complaint with the BBB. After it was all done, I submitted it. No harsh words, just a detailed explanation of the events that transpired and what I would like.
I submitted the complaint last Tuesday, and was told that I would be contacted within 30 days about it. By Friday I had recieved a full refund for the part. I was amazed, they work fast.

you're lucky, in my experience they rarely work that fast, or come up with a satisfactory conclusion.

Glad to hear it worked out. I always thought the BBB was nothing more than a plaque on the wall.
