Skuzzy, when I started the viewer up it had no planes. I had to hit "Browse" and choose "stdshape.res" before it would display the models. Previous versions have not required this.

oh, lol, I've never had to do that ever since the skin viewer came out.

Guess I'm "special"... No, the good kind of "special".

why can you only view the default skins?  i can't seem to view the additional skins and when trying to open from the skins folder get, "file does not contain viewable data"

You mean like the in-game skins? It never could. When you get the default skin showing, and you have another folder named xxxxxxy, where xxxxxx is the name of the plane ("p51d") and y is a number ("1"-"15") you will get the second drop-down list, and can choose them from there. Note that these are offline skins only, things that you work on or are DLed from AH-Skins.
