Title: spawning off base problems. im starting under ground

i have read "YAK'S" thread about his spawn problems. its happening more and more lately to me. i have not tried moving the slider in the GUI settings area yet. just want to know if this is a real and valid fix? i wont be able to try this for a few days. are there any others that i need to do??

could i recover some of the points used for the several times that i had tried and failed??

I don't think so but the official word is more valid than mine. If you know you have a problem like this I'd refrain from continually trying to spawn Tigers.
