No, keyboard flying not possible.

Youll either have to by a cheap stick (theres quite usable ones for around $15 to $20 USD) or give the mouse a go. Mouse flying *is* way harder to learn, but quite possible.

Come by the training arena (select it on startup screen), you have a two week online free trial period. Theres trainers and lots of other players around, that can help you get airborne. AH is not easy to learn, but very much fun!

You could also get in contact with the training corps via email to trainers@hitechcreations.com . Theyll be happy to make an appointment with you.

Saitek EVO should run you about $30.00.

It's a decent enough stick and has all you will need to fly AH, and have a chance of survivability.

Stay away from logitech sticks. They are not worth the $$ and wear out quickly. ( I have seen them broken right out of the box).

I think Schatzi is right. I have never seen or heard of the ability to fly AH from the keyboard.
Some do use a mouse though. However, I strongly recommend a joystick. Anything else will eventually tick you off.

cheers, and welcome to your new addiction.

Nope, largely different game. Just the same programmer.

Clown, why dont you just give mouse a shot while you wait on JS? you can practice on the online drones, familiarize yourself with the reast of the game interface....

For readups and to get started check out HTC help file and http://www.netaces.org .

RTR, i *think* you might be able to get off the ground using auto-takeoff and then proceed to fly with trim controls only. Fight? *Certainly* not.

Schatzi, the problem with HTH is that it requires a login and password, which usually starts the 2 week trial when you create the login/pw.
