"Peanut allergy", sure.  I saw the X-Men movie, I know what's happening here.  

He's obviously a male version of Rogue, and this is typical government coverup.

I'm alergic (anaphalactic) to all dairy foods and carry an Epipen with me. Egg, milk, butter, cheese icecream. Same thing happened to me about 2 days before they found out I was diabetic in April 03 when they mistook Sherbert and Sorbet. Difference is it didn't kill me that time - but it could've gone that way.
